1. Acceptance of terms

Subscribing to 7haven communications or participating in pre-launch programmes confirms your acceptance of these terms and our privacy policy. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service description

During the pre-launch phase, 7haven provides curated communications, early access opportunities, and community engagement experiences. Full marketplace functionality will be governed by an expanded set of terms released ahead of the official launch.

3. Subscriber responsibilities

To maintain a healthy community, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and update it when necessary
  • Respect intellectual property and confidential materials shared with you
  • Avoid fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behaviour within 7haven channels
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations while engaging with our content

5. Service availability

Our pre-launch services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may adjust, pause, or discontinue elements at any time as we refine the full marketplace experience.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, product concepts, content, and materials shared under 7haven remain our exclusive property. Please request written permission before reusing them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7haven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our pre-launch offerings.

8. Updates to these terms

We may update this document to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued engagement signals acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be handled through the courts of Zimbabwe, with a preference for amicable resolution first.
